智能网联汽车发展背景下交通安全管理的挑战与应对

智能网联汽车在应用层面的快速发展为交通安全管理实现靶向化防控驾驶风险、精细化控制交通信号、高效化实施交通监控指挥,以及精准化重构交通事故过程创造了有利条件.但与此同时,智能网联汽车发展背景下的交通安全管理也面临着法律规制相对落后、新型混合车流管理复杂、交通管理业务不协调等方面的挑战.为此,可从完善相关法律法规,夯实交通安全基础,更新交通管理规定,加强智能网联汽车交通管理人才和交通安全管理技术建设等方面探索应对之策.
The Challenges and Countermeasures of Traffic Safety Management under the Development Background of Intelligent Connected Vehicles
The rapid development of intelligent connected vehicles at the application level which has created favorable conditions for targeted prevention and control of driving risks,refin-ed control of traffic signals,efficient implementation of traffic monitoring and command,and ac-curate reconstruction of traffic accident process in traffic safety management.But at the same time,under the development background of intelligent connected vehicles,traffic safety manage-ment is also facing challenges such as relatively backward legal regulations,complex manage-ment of new mixed traffic flows,and uncoordinated traffic management services.Therefore,we should explore the countermeasures from the aspects of improving relevant laws and regulations,consolidating the foundation of traffic safety,updating traffic management regulations,and strengthening the construction of traffic management talents and traffic safety management tech-nologies for intelligent connected vehicles.
