With the increase of our economy,science and technology,military and other strength,the data crime activities in cyberspace are increasingly serious,seriously endangering national security.The methods of national security data crime include:stealing data through cy-ber attacks;Obtaining information and data through inducement of domestic personnel;Collect information and data through we-media,network forums,etc.The difficulty of preventing data crime in network lies in:case discovery and tracking;The data acquisition of overseas institutions is supported by multinational enterprises;Our country network technology needs to be improved;Control of key Internet facilities;Lack of awareness of network security and national security.In view of the governance difficulties of national security-related data crimes in the network,we should take the following preventive measures:strictly implement the management responsibil-ity;Accelerate the domestic replacement of hardware and software facilities;Conduct safety re-view of imported equipment;Enhance the strength of network technology;Increase network se-curity personnel training;Strengthen the protection of critical information infrastructure;Im-prove the ability to investigate and punish related crimes;Improve criminal legislation,and so on.
