基于倾斜摄影测量的校园建筑物三维模型构建

无人机和倾斜摄影测量技术的发展,极大地提高了三维实景建模的精度和效率.基于无人机倾斜摄影测量技术,构建高精度可量测的河北水利电力学院实景三维模型.根据河北水利电力学院区域情况布设 10 个像控点和 16 个参考点,利用DJI Phantom 4 RTK进行倾斜摄影测量,构建了校园实景三维模型,分析并解决了空中三角测量后模型破裂、断层和建筑物过高倾斜摄影测量数据采集不完整等问题.为了解决图书馆楼由于楼层过高产生的空洞问题,单独进行了贴近摄影测量获得了高精度单体模型.分别从相对精度和绝对精度上对修复后的模型进行精度分析,得到了平面中误差为 3.6 cm,高程中误差为 5.1cm的实景三维模型.
Construction of Campus Structure 3D Model Based on Oblique Photogrammetry
With the development of unmanned aerial vehicles and oblique photogrammetry technology,the accuracy and efficiency of 3D real scene modeling have been greatly improved.This article,based on unmanned aerial vehicle tilt photogrammetry technology,constructs a high-precision and measurable three-dimensional model of Hebei University of Water Resources and Electric Engineering.Based on the regional situation of Hebei University of Water Resources and Electric Engineering,10 ground control points and 16 reference points were set up.DJI Phantom 4 RTK was used for tilt photogrammetry to construct a three-dimensional model of the campus.The problems of model rupture,faults,and incomplete data collection of buildings with high tilt photogrammetry after aerial triangulation were analyzed and solved.With the help of model modification software,the real 3D model of Hebei University of Water Resources and Elec-tric Engineering was modified to address issues such as water surface damage,model vulnerabilities,and blurred texture of billboards.In order to solve the problem of voids caused by high floors in the library building,a high-precision individual model was obtained through a separate close-up photogrammetry.The accuracy analysis of the repaired model was conducted from the perspectives of relative and absolute accuracy,and a realistic 3D model with a mean square error of 3.6cm in plane and 5.1cm in elevation was obtained.
