建筑固废基再生混凝土的抗碳化研究

通过正交试验法,以水胶比、再生粗骨料取代率、粉煤灰掺量为影响因素,以废混凝土为粗骨料的再生混凝土为研究对象,对其抗碳化性能进行研究。采用直观分析法分析不同因素在不同龄期下碳化深度;采用极差分析法确定整体最优水平组合。结果表明:在单一因素的作用下,水胶比、再生粗骨料取代率及粉煤灰掺量的提高都会增加建筑固废基再生混凝土的碳化深度,其中水胶比对建筑固废基再生混凝土的碳化深度影响最为显著;当水胶比为 0。5,再生粗骨料取代率为 25%,粉煤灰掺量为 10%时,其建筑固废基再生混凝土的抗碳化能力最好。
Building Solid Waste Recycled Concrete Carbonation Resistance Research
By using orthogonal experimental method,the carbonation resistance of recycled concrete with waste concrete as coarse aggregate was studied,with water cement ratio,replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate,and fly ash content as influencing factors.Intuitive analysis method is used to analyze the carbonization depth of different factors at different ages,and range analysis method is used to deter-mine the overall optimal level combination.The results indicate that under the influence of a single factor,the increase in water cement ratio,replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate,and fly ash production will all increase the carbonation depth of recycled concrete based on building solid waste.Among them,the water cement ratio has the most significant impact on the carbonation depth of building solid waste and recycled concrete.When the water cement ratio is 0.5,the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is 25%,and the fly ash content is 10%,the carbonation resistance of the recycled concrete based on building solid waste is the best.
