为了提高CsPbI3的稳定性并促进其在发光领域的应用,本文使用两步法制备CsPbI3纳米晶体,并通过掺杂ZnBr2 来提高其发光效率并调整产物峰位,获得了发光效率为 49%、发光峰位在 644 nm的CsPb0.93Zn0.07(Br/I)3@SiO2 材料.此材料具有良好的稳定性,在高温(400℃)和酸性环境下也能保持良好的发光性能.将其用于白光发光二极管的制造,与绿色荧光粉和蓝色发光芯片组合形成白光,其色坐标为(0.33,0.33),色域高达国家电视标准委员会定义的色域(NTSC)的125%.制备的白光发光二极管表现出优异的显色稳定性,在点亮72h后,发光强度几乎未下降.研究结果表明,该材料在显示照明领域有着巨大的应用潜力.
Preparation and application of stable perovskite CsPb0.93Zn0.07(Br/I)3@SiO2
In order to improve the stability of CsPbI3 and promote its application in the field of luminescence This arti-cle uses a two-step method to prepare CsPbI3 nanocrystals,and improves their luminescence efficiency and adjusts the product peak position by doping ZnBr2.CsPb0.93Zn0.07(Br/I)3@SiO2 with a luminescence efficiency of 49%and a lumines-cence peak position of 644 nm was obtained.This material has good stability and can maintain good luminescence perfor-mance even at high temperatures(400℃)and acidic environments.Apply it to the manufacturing of white light emitting diodes,which are combined with green fluorescent powder and blue light-emitting chips to form white light.The color co-ordinates are(0.33,0.33),and the color gamut reaches 125%of the color gamut(NTSC)defined by the National Televi-sion Standards Committee.The white light emitting diode we prepared exhibits excellent color stability,with almost no decrease in luminescence intensity after 72 h of illumination.The result of this study indicates that this material has enor-mous application potential in the field of display lighting.
