Distributed capacitance statistical data-driven model based on finite element method
Miniaturization and lightweight as the inevitable development trend of high-frequency transformers can sig-nificantly improve its operating frequency, power density and other properties. In order to investigate the influence of dis-tributed capacitance on transformer performance, factors such as winding structure and material dielectric properties are considered.Based on typical orthogonal and orthocyclic winding arrangements, the variation law of inter turn distributed capacitance of parameters such as winding wire diameter, insulation thickness, and material relative dielectric constant over a wide range of values is analyzed.Based on the parametric finite element simulation results,a statistical data driv-en model was established by using regression analysis. The influence of winding connection mode on distributed capaci-tance is analyzed through theoretical derivation and simulation. An experimental device of frequency response character-istics has been built for high-frequency windings with different structures to verify the accuracy of the model.
