Research on the impact of supply chain relationship capital on innovation performance:In view of demand-pull absorptive capacity
Considering the 4 manufacturing enterprises seriously influenced by foreign technology and foreign market,this paper constructs a conceptual model of relationship among supply chain relationship capital,demand-pull absorptive ability and innovation performance.Based on the questionnaire survey,the hypotheses was tested by using structure equation model.The conclusions are as following:supply chain relationship capital founded on trust can promote the acquisition and control of market information and technical knowledge for enterprises,then to improve the innovation performance.However,the positive impact of commitment dimension of relationship capital on knowledge absorption needs strengthening.The knowledge transformation and utilization of demand-pull absorptive ability,and the promoting role for innovation performance during the utilizing process are still to be improved.
