Lab VIEW-based fixed-volume incendiary bomb control and data acquisition system design
In order to solve the problems of cumbersome experimental operation,low data acquisition accuracy,slow data transmission and poor system control effect of the traditional fixed-volume incendiary bomb system,a fixed-volume incendiary bomb data acquisition and control system was designed.Firstly,the scheme design of each system of fixed-volume incendiary bomb was carried out,and the functional modules of the system were built by combining the sensors,ignition coils and high-speed cameras and other hardware.Secondly,the system control and data acquisition of the host computer with LabVIEW software programming for the lower computer composed of the single-chip microcomputer and cRIO controller were improved.Finally the performance of the system was verified by experimental tests.The design results show that the designed control and data acquisiton system realizes the integration of the fixed-volume incendiary bomb system,optimizes the experimental steps,improves the experimental efficiency,improves the accuracy of data acquisition and data transmission speed,and achieves the digitization,visualization and automation of the system data acquisition and control.The designed fixed-volume incendiary bomb control and data acquisition system can carry out premixed combustion and spray experiments,which provides a reference for the design and rational application of combustion chambers such as internal combustion engines and gas turbines.
