Location of leakage in gasnon metallic PE pipeline under time domain overlay
In order to effectively extract prominent maps of gas pipelines and improve positioning accuracy in locating leakage locations of gas non-metallic PE pipelines,a gas non-metallic PE pipeline leakage location method based on time-domain superposition was proposed.Firstly,by combining the machine vision system, the spatial information in the pipeline captured image data was characterized through the image frequency domain, and a salient map of the gas pipeline was extracted to achieve range calibration of the pipeline leakage position; Then,by decomposing and reconstructing the original one-dimensional echo signal, the noise signal was removed; Finally, the time-domain of the output signal was superimposed and the degree of superposition was judged to identify the location of pipeline leakage. The results show that when using the proposed method to locate the leakage location of gas non-metallic PE pipelines, the relative positioning error value is significantly lower compared to existing commonly used methods. The positioning errors are less than 25 mm when the signal source correlation coefficients are 0.21 and 0.82,and the positioning accuracy is relatively ideal. The research results can help locate the leakage location of non-metallic PE gas pipelines, providing important basis for the maintenance, emergency repair, and prevention of accidents in gas pipelines.
