有机硅改性丙烯酸酯涂料的性能研究

以自行合成的有机硅改性丙烯酸酯(Si-1800/MMA/BA)复合乳液制成涂料,在石棉水泥板或马口铁板上涂膜,以考察和评估涂料的相关性能.结果发现,有机硅单体Si-1800的加入增强了涂料时底材的附着力,涂膜的耐洗刷性、耐冲击性、耐磨耗性也优于纯丙涂料,且随着有机硅单体Si-1800含量从15%增加到35%,涂膜的耐洗刷性、附着力明显增强,耐冲击性和耐磨耗性略有提高,柔韧性基本无变化,而涂膜的硬度、光泽度和遮盖力略有下降.
Study on Coating Properties of Organic Silicone Modified Acrylate Emulsion
Vinyl terminal polysiloxane (Si-1800)/methyl methacrylate (MMA)/butyl acrylate (BA) emulsion was prepared and used to coat on asbestos cement board and tinplate board. A series of coating properties of the organic silicone modified acrylate emulsion coating were investigated and evaluated. It had been found that with the addition of Si-1800,adhesion of the coating to the base material was reinforced and washing resistance, impact resistance,abrasion resistance of the coating films were improved. When Si-1800 content increased from 15% to 35%,the adhesive force and washing resistance of the coating increased greatly;impact resistance and abrasion resistance increased slightly; the flexibility remained nearly unchanged; the hardness, glossiness and covering power decreased slightly.
