摘要
21世纪，科学技术快速发展，人民的生活质量也提高了，而青少年犯罪率也呈现了上升趋势，犯罪规模也在不断扩大，这些违法行为不仅有害青少年健康，也阻碍了国家的发展。因此，了解青少年犯罪现状，剖析青少年犯罪原因，采用正确的法制教育方法来帮助青少年成长，是当前的重要任务。
Abstract
In the twenty -first century,with the rapid development of science and technology as well as the continuous im-provement of people's living quality,Juvenile Delinquency rate is on the rise and crime scale has been expanded.These viola-tions not only seriously affect the healthy growth of young people but also hinder the harmonious development of country.There-fore,it is important to study the current situation and analyze the causes of juvenile delinquency,we should use the right meth-od of legal education to help juvenile growth.
