摘要
锅庄舞的历史文化源远流长，在藏族地区表现的尤为突出，有着“中国圈舞的活化石”之美称，锅庄舞有着其独特的民族风格，为藏族人民提供了更多的歌舞表演艺术。本文以藏族锅庄舞为研究对象，通过对锅庄舞的了解和认识，阐述了锅庄舞的源流与发展，并对锅庄舞代表性动作与技术进行了简要概述，通过对锅庄舞与其它舞种的区别的分析来说明锅庄舞的艺术特征的独特征。
Abstract
The history and the culture of Guozhuang dance are very long,and it is outstanding to perform in Tibetan areas, which has the reputation of "China's lap dance living fossil".Guozhuang Tibet dance has its unique national style and provides more about singing and dancing performance art for Tibetan people.Based on Tibetan Guozhuang Tibet dance and make a re-search on it,we can get a good understanding of the Guozhuang Tibet dance and cognition,this paper expounds the origin and development of the Guozhuang Tibet dance,and gives a summary of representative action and technology about Guozhuang Tibet dance.And show the differences between Guozhuang Tibet dance and other dances to show the unique artistic characteristics of Guozhuang Tibet dance.
