摘要

通过研究高职院校思想政治教育工作中践行"三全育人"理念必要性,可以使高职院校充分认识到"三全育人"对其思想政治教育工作具有凝聚育人合力,增强教育系统性,激发思政教育内生动力等作用.所以面对当前高职思政教育工作中存在的全员育人合力凝聚不足、全过程育人衔接不到位、全方位育人内容体系欠缺等情况,高职院校必须加快对"三全育人"运行机制研究,为进一步增强院校思政育人力量探索新路径.
