黄炎培职教理念下的高职建工专业产教融合模式创新研究

产教融合是现代职业教育的重要发展方向，深化产教融合，对于加快职业教育改革发展具有战略性意义。结合高职院校建工专业产教融合模式的现状与困境，基于黄炎培职业教育理念，分别从转变思想、健全相关制度、建设高素质"双师型"教师队伍以及完善产教融合模式评价等方面进行探索，构建出一种新的政校行企四方协同育人产教融合新模式，为高职院校产教融合提质增效、培养创新人才提供参考。
Innovation Research on the Integration Mode of Industry and Education of Construction Engineering Technology in Higher Vocational Colleges under Huang Yanpei's Vocational Education Ideas
The integration of industry and education is an important direction for the development of modern vocational education.Deepening the integration of industry and education is of strategic significance for accelerating the reform and development of vocational education.This paper explores the transformation of thinking,improvement of relevant systems,construction of high-quality"dual-teacher"teaching staff,and enhancement of the evaluation of the industry and education integration model.It aims to construct a new model of collaborative education and industry integration among government,schools,enterprises and society based on Huang Yanpei's vocational education ideas.This model provides a reference for enhancing the quality and efficiency of industry and education integration in higher vocational colleges and nurturing innovative talents.
