摘要
高校辅导员是创新创业教育的关键实施人员,也是高等院校中双创教师队伍的关键组成部分.为了进一步提高高校的双创教育质量,有必要从高校辅导员的角度转变思想认识,加强职业技能促进理论提高,让高校的创新创业教育能力得到进一步的体现,在实践应用的过程中发挥独特作用.因此要求高校辅导员在实际工作中对于创新创业教育的重要意义,产生正确认识,也能够自觉学习国家新颁布的政策文件,为高校中的学生提供实践方面的指导,让高校辅导员的作用从中体现.
Abstract
College counselors are the key to the implementation of innovative entrepreneurship education,who are also a key part of innovative and entrepreneurial teachers in colleges and universities.In order to further improve the quality of innovative and entrepreneurial education in colleges and universities,it is necessary from the perspective of college counselors,strengthen vocational skills promotion theory,let the university innovation entrepreneurship education ability to further reflect,play a unique role in the process of practical application.Therefore,college counselors are required to have a correct understanding of the significance of innovation and entrepreneurship education in practical work,and consciously learn the new national policy-issued documents,and provide practical guidance for students in universities,so that the role of college counselors can be reflected.
