Research on the Employment Quality of College Students under the Background of Entrepreneurship and Employment
Under the background of entrepreneurship and employment,college students'employment problem has been alleviated,and their employment channels are getting wider.Colleges and universities should expand college students'career development space,and promote their employment and entrepreneurship.As an important place for cultivating compound talents,colleges and universities should actively respond to the call of the state,make use of entrepreneurship and employment education to improve students'comprehensive quality and optimize their employment quality.Affected by various factors,the current employment situation of students is not ideal,which cannot reflect the advantages of compound talents,and cannot help the development of the economic market.To improve the quality of college students'employment,this paper takes the current situation of college students'employment quality under the entrepreneurship and employment background as the research object.By means of questionnaire survey,college graduates'employment situation under the entrepreneurship and employment background is investigated,and it is found that there are great differences in these graduates'employability,salary and personal development.Based on the survey,the reasons for the low employment quality of college students in China are analyzed,and some suggestions on how to solve the problems and improve college students'employment quality are put forward,hoping to provide references for relevant people.
