On the Problems and Countermeasures of the Integration Between Industry and Education in Higher Vocational Colleges and the Cooperation of School and Enterprise in Educating People
As an important part of higher education,higher vocational education not only undertakes the important task of training high-skilled applied talents for the country,but also is the main force of economic and social services,the level of practical skills of graduates is an important index to measure the quality of personnel training in vocational colleges.It is imperative to establish modern skill-based education system to promote school-enterprise cooperation in education.Based on the investigation of the current situation of the mode of cooperation between colleges and enterprises in several higher vocational colleges in Henan province,this paper sums up the valuable experience in the process of cooperation,analyzes the problems of cooperative education,and then probes into the solutions to the existing problems,in order to provide reference experience for the integration between industry and education in higher vocational colleges.
