高职心理健康教育现状与优化对策研究

摘要
社会转型时期背景下,各式各类社会矛盾逐渐显现和暴露,高职学生亦出现不同程度心理问题,加大了高职心理健康教育压力和难度.因此,高职院校应厘清心理健康教育现状,认识到加强学生心理健康教育的重要性,立足于实际采取优化对策,具体包括:创新教育教学模式,强化教学多样性;搭建网络教育平台,提升教育针对性;建立心理预警机制,巩固教育实效性;加强师资队伍建设,提供师资保障力等.如此,以期提升高职心理健康教育有效性,促进高职学生身心健康成长和全面发展.
Abstract
Under the background of social transformation,various kinds of social contradictions are gradually emerging and exposed,and higher vocational students also have different degrees of psychological problems,which increases the pressure and difficulty of higher vocational mental health education.Therefore,higher vocational colleges should clarify the current situation of mental health education,recognize the importance of strengthening students'mental health education,and take optimization measures based on reality,including:innovating education and teaching mode to strengthen the teaching diversity;building an online education platform to improve the pertinence of education;establishing a psychological early warning mechanism to consolidate the effectiveness of education;establishing a psychological early warning mechanism to consolidate the effectiveness of education,etc.In this way,it is expected to improve the effectiveness of mental health education in higher vocational colleges and promote the healthy growth and all-round development of students in higher vocational colleges.
