高职院校加强青年教师工匠精神培育探析
On Strengthening the Cultivation of Young Teachers'Craftsmanship in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要
青年教师培养正面临着多样化推进的发展时期,呈现出内涵式变革的竞争态势,正处于加速国际化发展、全面向西方学习的阶段.而加强对青年教师工匠精神的培育,是推动我国经济结构转型的迫切需要,是践行核心价值观的时代诉求,是推进学生健康发展的必然结果.为此,本文结合工匠精神的内涵,分析培育教师工匠精神的必要性,提出以师资建设、制度化管理、理论研究为主,深化青年教师工匠精神培育等发展策略.
Abstract
The training of young teachers is facing a period of diversified development,presenting a competitive situation of connotative change,and is at the stage of accelerating international development and learning from the West in an all-round way.Strengthening the cultivation of the craftsmanship spirit of young teachers is the urgent need to promote the transformation of China's economic structure,the demand of the times to practice core values,and the inevitable result of promoting the healthy development of students.Therefore,this paper analyzes the necessity of cultivating the craftsman spirit of teachers based on the connotation of craftsman spirit,and puts forward development strategies such as deepening the cultivation of craftsman spirit of young teachers,focusing on teacher construction,institutionalized management and theoretical research.
