In recent years,with the development of social economy,the demand for applied talents with information literacy is increasing day by day in all walks of life.However,there is a certain gap between the supply of talents and the expectation in terms of efficiency and quality.As the"quasi-export"of applied talents,higher vocational colleges bear more social responsibilities,but the phenomenon of insufficient labor literacy,lack of labor spirit and distorted labor concept of higher vocational talents is becoming more and more serious,reflecting the lack of ideological core and professional labor ability education in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,under the background of the integration of production and education,higher vocational colleges should lay the"micro-content"of the collaborative education of ideological and political courses and labor education under the"framework"of school-enterprise collaborative education,and take labor as the fulcrum to incite the existing pattern and realize the concentrated embodiment of craftsman spirit and labor spirit education in talent training.
