摘要
巡察是巡视向基层的延伸和拓展,是高校党委履行全面从严治党主体责任的重要抓手.强化巡察整改和成果运用,是提升高校内部治理效能的重要途径.高校应在明确厘定各方整改责任的基础上,强化高位推进、加强制度建设、开展整改评估、严肃追责问责、开展巡察自查和"回头看"、建立巡察工作协同机制等,不断强化巡察整改和成果运用,提升内部治理效能,推动高校各项事业高质量发展.
Abstract
Patrol inspection is the extension and expansion of patrol inspection to the grass-roots level,and is an important hand for the Party committee in colleges and universities to fulfill the main responsibility of comprehensively and strictly governing the Party.Strengthening inspection,rectification and application of achievements is an important way to improve the internal governance effectiveness of colleges and universities.On the basis of clearly defining the rectification responsibilities of all parties,colleges and universities should strengthen high-level promotion,strengthen system construction,carry out rectification evaluation,seriously pursue accountability,carry out self inspection and"looking back",establish a coordination mechanism for inspection work,constantly strengthen inspection rectification and application of results,improve internal governance efficiency,and promote high-quality development of various undertakings of colleges and universities.
