摘要
学生党员是党员队伍的重要力量之一,如何培养发展高质量的学生党员一直是党员发展过程中的重要议题.调查显示,当前高职院校学生党员发展质量整体情况良好,但是仍然存在学生入党动机多样化、师生主观能动性不足、培训教育体系不完善、党员发展缺少量化标准、党务工作者经验缺乏等方面的问题,学生党员发展质量保障体系需要遵循党建与思政、党建与数智、党建与产教相融合的原则,构建校内校外协同、线上线下同步、口形闭环的培育体系,形成环境上合力、程序上合规、言行上合格的一体化培养格局,提升学生党员发展质量.
Abstract
Student Party members are one of the important forces of the Party members.How to cultivate and develop high-quality student Party members has been an important issue in the process of Party member development.The survey shows that the overall quality of the development of student Party members in higher vocational colleges is good,but there are still problems such as the diversification of students'motivation to join the Party,the lack of subjective initiative of teachers and students,the imperfect training and education system,the lack of quantitative standards for the development of Party members,and the lack of experience of Party workers.The quality assurance system for the development of student Party members needs to follow the principles of the integration of Party building and ideology and politics,Party building and digital intelligence,Party building and industry and education.We will build a cultivation system of cooperation between the school and the outside,online and offline synchronization,and mouth shape closed-loop,form an integrated cultivation pattern of environmental synergy,procedural compliance,and qualified words and deeds,and improve the development quality of student Party members.
