红色资源赋能高职院校青年志愿者队伍管理研究

随着我国高职教育的发展,青年志愿者活动成了校园文化的重要组成部分.然而,高职院校在管理青年志愿者队伍过程中仍面临诸多问题.文章着重探讨了高职院校青年志愿者队伍管理中存在的问题,如参与度不高、管理体制不健全、培训机制缺失等.同时,考虑到我国丰富的红色资源,研究提出了将红色资源与志愿者队伍管理紧密结合的建议,强调红色资源在志愿者管理中的重要价值.基于此,提出了一系列优化高职院校青年志愿者队伍管理的对策,旨在为高职院校提供有效的管理策略,更好地发挥志愿者在传承红色精神中的作用.
Research on the Management of Youth Volunteer Teams in Higher Vocational Colleges Empowered by Red Resources
With the development of higher vocational education in China,youth volunteer activities have become an important component of campus culture.However,vocational colleges still face many problems in managing the youth volunteer teams.The paper focuses on exploring the problems in the management of youth volunteer teams in vocational colleges,such as low participation,incomplete management system,and lack of training mechanisms.At the same time,considering China's abundant red resources,the study proposes a suggestion to closely integrate red resources with volunteer team management,emphasizing the important value of red resources in volunteer management.Based on this,a series of strategies have been proposed to optimize the management of youth volunteer teams in higher vocational colleges,aiming to provide effective management strategies for higher vocational colleges and better leverage the role of volunteers in inheriting the red spirit.
