中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划深化我国职业教育与高等教育发展改革,进一步以适应新时代教育发展环境、经济环境等为基础,提出教育发展新要求."双高"背景下的高校智慧图书馆建设,也要根据"双高计划"的教育工作内容,做好对图书馆服务管理模式、管理方案的优化,强化智慧图书馆对教育工作的支持,并利用强化教育数据信息共享、推进个性化服务管理设计及加强服务管理反馈等多种策略,构建完善的智慧图书馆建设发展机制,提升高校智慧图书在"双高计划"背景下的育人价值.
Abstract
The plan for the construction of high-level vocational schools and majors with Chinese characteristics deepens the reform of vocational education and higher education development in China,and further proposes new requirements for educational development based on adapting to the new era's educational and economic environment.The construction of smart libraries in universities under the background of the"Double High Plan"should also optimize the library service management mode and plan according to the educational work content of the"Double High Plan",strengthen the support of smart libraries for educational work,and use various strategies such as strengthening education data information sharing,promoting personalized service management design,and strengthening service management feedback to build a comprehensive development mechanism for smart library construction,so as to enhance the educational value of smart books in universities under the context of the"Double High Plan".
