新时代背景下,创新创业教育与劳动教育是不可分割、同构共生的关系,两者在教育目标、内容、主体、实践等方面呈现出一致的形态和很强的契合度,具备了融合的基础和价值.从价值共建、课程体系、师资队伍、实践模式、教育生态五个方面,着力创新融合机制路径,探索出"价值引领、纵横交错、输血造血、线上线下、三轨同步"的劳创融合推进模式,建立一套符合新时期落实立德树人根本任务、实现人的全面发展、促进学生高质量就业创业、培养社会主义建设者和接班人的劳创融合育人体系,具有丰富的价值呈现.
In the context of the new era,innovation and entrepreneurship education and labor education are inseparable,isomorphic and symbiotic.The two present a consistent form and strong fit in terms of educational goals,content,subjects,practices,and other aspects,possessing the foundation and value of integration.From the perspectives of value co-construction,curriculum system,and teaching staff,we will focus on innovating the path of integration mechanism,explore a labor innovation integration promotion model of"value leading,crisscrossing,blood transfusion and hematopoietic,online and offline,and three-track synchronization",and establish a labor innovation integration education system that is in line with the new era's implementation of the fundamental task of moral education,promoting high-quality employment and entrepreneurship for students,and cultivating socialist builders and successors,which is of rich value presentation.
