Innovation and Practice of Comprehensive Talent Training in Local Applied Universities under the Background of"New Liberal Arts"
The construction of new liberal arts is the reform of humanities education in national colleges and universities under the background of the new era.The construction of new liberal arts provides an opportunity for the reform and innovation of talents training in local applied colleges and universities.As the main position to train talents for economic development and construction in the region,local applied colleges and universities attach great importance to the cultivation of students'theoretical knowledge and professional skills.However,based on the traditional liberal arts training mode,they ignore the"innovation","integration"and"development"of new liberal arts talents,and the new liberal arts construction has changed the traditional education mode and concept.How to train comprehensive and applied talents to adapt to local economic development under the prospect of new liberal arts construction is an urgent problem for local applied colleges and universities to solve.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of talent training in local application-oriented colleges and universities,this paper proposes that the"strategic","innovative"and"integration"of the new liberal arts should be highlighted,the multi-disciplinary integration training mechanism should be built,and the innovative teaching training mechanism should be constantly improved.
