Analysis on the Path of College Graduates Returning Hometown for Employment and Entrepreneurship under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy
In the context of rural revitalization,it is of great significance to build a team of college students with high political literacy and strong comprehensive accomplishment to participate in the beautiful rural construction boom,which not only strengthens the weak links in the qualified personnel for rural development,but also alleviates the employment pressure of college graduates,creating a promising future for their growth.The significance of college graduates returning to rural areas for employment and entrepreneurship contributing to rural revitalization has been firstly emphasized,and four factors restricting college graduates to return home,from the perspectives of ambivalent attitude of college graduates'families,deficient guidance to take roots in rural development of college,insufficient government support and low adaptability of college graduates for rural construction have been systematically analyzed.Accordingly,suggestions and measures to solve the contradiction of college graduates returning to rural areas for employment and entrepreneurship in relation to top-level design,process learning,joint educational force formed by government,family,college and society,have been put forward to attract,to retain and to advance the graduates,thus forging an invincible construction army that"understands agriculture,loves rural area and farmers"for rural revitalization.
