"融合创新"为特征的高职院校酒店专业教育创新能力结构研究

本文立足于酒店行业数字化转型时代背景,通过对行业管理人员访谈,分析数字化背景下酒店岗位群人才创造力的需求主要包括对创新技术使用、创新场景营造、创新数字营销。结合行业需求,与之相对的教师教育创新能力主要包括以创新资源使用为主的现代教育技术能力、以创新构建教学环境为主的教学教育能力、以创新探索教学评价为主的社会能力。为此高职院校以"融合创新"为特征,培养教师创新能力的主要策略为构建鼓励创新发展机制,推进教师教学理念的创新;集中产业创新资源要素,打造"三链融合"协同育人共同体;创建教学创新团队,突出"双师型"教师个体成长。
Research on the Innovation Ability Structure of Hotel Major Education in Higher Vocational Colleges Characterized by"Integrated Innovation"
Based on the background of the digital transformation of the hotel industry,this paper analyzes the demand for creativity of hotel job group talents under the digital background,including the use of innovative technology,innovative scene construction and innovative digital marketing.According to the needs of the industry,teachers'educational innovation ability mainly includes the modern educational technology ability based on the use of innovative resources,the teaching education ability based on the construction of teaching environment through innovation,and the social ability based on the exploration and evaluation of teaching through innovation.For this reason,higher vocational colleges are characterized by"integrated innovation",and the main strategy to train teachers'innovation ability is to build a mechanism to encourage innovation and promote the innovation of teachers'teaching ideas;concentrate the elements of industrial innovation resources and build a"three-chain integration"collaborative education community;create teaching innovation team,highlight"double teacher"individual growth.
