吉林省地方应用型高校人才培养模式现状调查及对策研究

随着高等教育逐步走向普及化,我国的应用型高校得到了进一步的发展.高校办学的根本是人才培养,人才培养模式问题是关系到高校办学质量的一个重大课题.基于此,本文在分析了吉林省地方应用型高校人才培养模式现状之后,提出了明确应用型本科院校人才培养特色、重视社会实践课程开展、加强双师双能教师培训、优化人才培养评价体系等方面的对策,为吉林省地方应用型高校人才培养模式发展奠定基础.
Abstract
With the gradual popularization of higher education,China's application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities have been further developed.The root of running a college is talent training.The problem of talent training mode is a major issue related to the quality of running a college.Based on this,after analyzing the current situation of the talent training mode of local application-oriented undergraduate colleges in Jilin Province,this paper puts forward four strategies to clarify the characteristics of talent training in application-oriented undergraduate colleges,attach importance to the development of social practice courses,strengthen professional skills training,and improve the talent training evaluation system,in order to help the development of talent training mode of local application-oriented undergraduate colleges in Jilin Province.
