The immersive experience model has great potential in the construction of a high-quality workforce in the modern era.It can transform the way,steps,thinking,and meaning of labor.While designing labor education,it is necessary to consider the incorporation of immersive experiences into the learning environment.To innovate labor education in higher vocational colleges,we need to examine the reasons for integrating immersive experiences into the labor process and consider the new interactions between labor and immersive experiences,the alignment of labor education with immersive experiences,and the mutual benefit of labor values.Additionally,it is important to establish clear value-oriented goals that promote the spirit of labor,guide teaching innovation to enhance the effectiveness of labor education,and solidify the skills of students in order to demonstrate their value to society.Finally,it is necessary to create a scientific paradigm of labor cognition regulation through the use of situational environment,a rational logic of labor emotion regulation through interactive modes,and a spiritual foundation of labor will regulation through experiential operations.By following these principles,it is possible to align with the innovative thinking of the immersive experience model and stimulate the development of labor education.
