业财融合助推高职院校高质量发展的探讨

摘要
高质量发展是新时代高职教育发展的首要任务,"业财融合"是实现高质量发展的必经之路.文章结合高职院校高质量发展的要求,深入剖析了实现业财融合面临的挑战,并探索了深化业财融合路径,提出相应对策:加强顶层支撑力度,提高"业财融合"的认知度;梳理业务流程,找准融合点;加强信息化建设,提高业务、财务系统集成度;加强科学精准的绩效评价体系建设;加强相关人员专业能力建设.
Abstract
High quality development is the primary task of higher vocational education development in the new era,and"integration of industry and finance"is the only way to achieve high quality development.Combined with the requirements of high quality development of higher vocational colleges,this paper deeply analyzes the challenges facing the integration of industry and finance,explores the path of deepening the integration of industry and finance,and puts forward corresponding suggestions:strengthen the top-level support,improve the recognition of"industry and finance integration";sort out the business process and find the convergence point;strengthen information construction,improve the integration of business and financial systems;strengthen the construction of scientific and accurate performance evaluation system;strengthen the professional capacity building of relevant personnel.
