"三全育人"理念为党史学习教育常态化指明了方向,可以推动思政教育理念的转变,丰富党史学习教育的内涵,助力高职院校思政新发展.高职院校基于"三全育人"的思维去构建党史学习教育常态化的综合体系,应实现资源互通搭建内容体系,协同联动发挥师资力量,不断打造平台改进学习途径,基于评估机制完善学习体系,进而系统、全面地构建基于"三全育人"理念的党史学习教育格局,只有通过新理念和新思想开展理论与实践的持续动态融合,才能更好地形成基于"三全育人"理念构建的党史学习教育常态化体系.
Research on the Construction of the Normalization System of Party History Learning and Education in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of"Three Complete Education"
The concept of"three complete education"points out the direction for the normalization of Party history learning and education,which can promote the change of ideological and political education concept,enrich the connotation of Party history learning education,and help the new development of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.Based on the"three complete education"thinking,higher vocational colleges build a comprehensive system of normalized Party history learning and education,realize the communication of resources,build a content system,give full play to the teachers,and constantly build a platform to improve learning channels;based on the evaluation mechanism,higher vocational colleges improve the learning system and then systematically and comprehensively build the learning and education pattern of Party history based on the concept of"three complete education".Only by the continuous and dynamic integration of theory and practice with new ideas and thoughts can a normal system of learning and education of Party history based on the"three complete education"concept be better formed.
