Discussion on the Construction of Network Security System in Colleges and Universities from Data Security
In the past two years,China has increased the protection of network security and information security,and the implementation of the Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China and the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China is a landmark event.The formal implementation of these two laws means that the construction standards of the network security system of universities also need to be improved.Cyber security in universities not only involves the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of teachers and students,but also concerns national security;not only domestic teachers and students,but also international students;not only the technical department,but also the national security leading institutions.To achieve data security,the construction of the network security system of universities needs to do a good job in three aspects:infrastructure security,technical architecture feasibility,and institutional mechanism guarantee.Infrastructure construction is the foundation of university network security construction,reliable technical framework is the means of college network security construction,and institutional mechanism is the guarantee of university network security construction.
