The teaching innovation ability of ideological and political course teachers is an important driving force to promote the high-quality development of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.At present,ideological and political teachers'teaching innovation faces four dilemmas:curriculum characteristics,school system,complex learning situation and personal level.On the basis of clarifying the connotation and significance of the teaching innovation ability of ideological and political teachers,the paper proposes a three-dimensional path of willingness,preparation and practice for the development of teaching innovation ability of ideological and political teachers:create an innovative atmosphere and stimulate innovation will;make good use of the resource platform and lay a solid foundation for innovation;group work to promote innovative practice.
