卫生职业院校志愿服务与劳动教育融合创新实践路径及启示——以苏州卫生职业技术学院为例

摘要
志愿服务,即服务性劳动实践,秉持"奉献、友爱、互助、进步"的志愿服务精神,核心是积极倡导服务社会需求、奉献社会、关爱他人,同时也是劳动教育实践的一项重要内容.文章以苏州卫生职业技术学院为例,探索卫生职业院校劳动教育与"知行合医"志愿服务融合创新实践路径及启示.文章指出,志愿服务的自愿性特点为大学生劳动精神培育提供动力支持;志愿服务的项目化、组织化和专业化,推动了服务性劳动实践活动的顺利开展;志愿服务项目品牌化发展,有利于服务性劳动实践活动的成果培育.
Abstract
Volunteer service,also known as service-oriented labor practice,adheres to the spirit of"dedication,friendship,mutual assistance,and progress"in volunteer service.The core is to actively advocate serving social needs,contributing to society,and caring for others.It is also an important content of labor education practice.Taking Suzhou Health Vocational and Technical College as an example,the paper explores the innovative practice path and inspiration for the integration of labor education in health vocational colleges and the"knowledge practice combined with medicine"volunteer service.It points out that the voluntary nature of volunteer services provides motivation and support for the cultivation of labor spirit among college student;the projectization,organization and specialization of volunteer services have promoted the smooth development of service-oriented labor practice activities;the branding development of volunteer service projects is conducive to the cultivation of results in service-oriented labor practice activities.
