Education Management for College Students Based on Innovative Education Concept
In the new era,with the rapid development of higher education,there has been a long-standing inconsistency between the effectiveness of higher education and university student education management,which has led to reforms.In order to comprehensively promote the reform of education management,this paper analyzes the current situation of college student education management and the significance of applying innovative education concepts to college student education management.Suggestions are proposed to optimize the structure of education management,cultivate innovative spirit,reform the evaluation system,promote the modernization of teaching management,and add a senior assistance system,in order to provide reference for college student education management.
