摘要

学科竞赛是提升学生双创能力的主要载体,也是人才培养工作的主要手段.在新时期背景下,面对人才需求的变化,开展多形式的学科竞赛活动,可实现对双创人才个性化的培养.为进一步发挥学科竞赛的育人功能和价值,其展开具体的研究,了解当前双创人才培养工作实施现状以及存在的不足,积极探索优化的措施,提出具体的融合策略,以期为高校双创人才培养工作提供参考.

Abstract

Subject competition is the main carrier to improve students'mass entrepreneurship and innovation ability,and also the main means of talent training.Under the background of the new era,in the face of the change in the demand for talents,carrying out multi-form discipline competitions can realize the personalized training of entrepreneurship and innovation talents.In order to further give play to the educational function and value of discipline competitions,it carries out specific research and understands the current implementation status and shortcomings of the mass entrepreneurship and innovation talent training,actively explores optimization measures,and proposes specific integration strategies,with a view to providing reference for the mass entrepreneurship and innovation talent training in colleges and universities.
