摘要
实现治理体系和治理能力现代化的目标,迫切需要高等院校为国家培养德才兼备的治国理政人才.常州大学瞿秋白政府管理学院自成立以来,将培养创新型公共管理人才作为立院使命,从海内外吸纳优秀师资作为人才培养的牢固根基,与地方政府、社会组织以及企业等结成面向新时代创新型公共管理人才培养为目标的公私协作伙伴关系,优化专业培养方案,推进课程体系建设,探索教学模式创新,筑牢师生共同进步的学习共同体,在人才培养方面取得了初步的成效.常州大学瞿秋白政府管理学院在创新型公共管理人才培养模式的改革探索,能够为其他地方本科院校提供有益的启示.
Abstract
To achieve the goal of modernizing the governance system and governance capabilities,there is an urgent need for colleges and universities to train the country's political and political personnel with both ethics and talents.Since its establishment,Qu Qiubai School of Government of Changzhou University has taken the cultivation of innovative public management talents as its founding mission,and has absorbed excellent teachers from home and abroad as a solid foundation for talent training.Public-private partnerships with the goal of training public management talents,optimizing professional training programs,advancing the construction of curriculum systems,exploring innovations in teaching models,and building a learning community of common progress between teachers and students have achieved initial results in personnel training.Qu Qiubai School of Government of Changzhou University's reform and exploration of innovative public management talent training model can provide useful inspiration for other local undergraduate colleges.
