融媒体视域下高校网络育人路径及机制
The Path and Mechanism of Online Education in Universities from the Perspective of Convergence Media

摘要
因为融媒体的持续发展高校网络育人工作获得了新的方法与新的思路,但现阶段高校网络育人发展期间,仍然存在资源建设分散、内容创新滞后、专业人员不足等相关问题,导致出现融媒体合力不足、育人效果欠佳等一系列后果.为了解决上述问题,本文建议重新认识融媒体网络育人现实机遇,并依托融媒体的发展特点与趋势,立足于高校实际情况,从顶层设计、宣传队伍等方面入手,最大限度发挥网络育人思想引导力.
Abstract
Due to the continuous development of integrated media,new methods and ideas have been obtained in the online education work of universities.However,during the current stage of online education development in universities,there are still related problems such as scattered resource construction,lagging content innovation,and insufficient professional personnel,resulting in a series of consequences such as insufficient joint efforts of convergence media and poor educational effects.In order to solve the above problems,this paper suggests a new understanding of the practical opportunities for online education through integrated media,and relying on the development characteristics and trends of convergence media,based on the actual situation of universities,starting from top-level design,publicity teams,and other aspects,to maximize the ideological guidance of online education.
