摘要
服务导向管理理念为当前高职院校教学管理模式构建的基础需求.在高职院校教学管理模式中引用全新管理理念,可确保教学管理的专业性,为当前构建全新教学管理模式的重要基础.为进一步构建高职院校教学管理模式,要明确当前教学管理模式构建的具体问题,将新型管理理念、服务型教学管理机制与新型课堂文化等纳入全新教学管理模式中,提升教学管理模式构建的合理性,使高职院校教学管理更具可持续性.
Abstract
The service-oriented management concept is the fundamental requirement for the construction of teaching management models in current vocational colleges.In order to further construct the teaching management model of vocational colleges,it is necessary to clarify the specific problems in the current teaching management model construction,incorporate new management concepts,service-oriented teaching management mechanisms,and new classroom culture into the new teaching management model,enhance the rationality of the teaching management model construction,and make the teaching management of vocational colleges more sustainable.
