Practical Research on Cultivating Vocational Core Literacy of Vocational College Students through Skills Competition—Taking Business Training Projects in Higher Vocational Education as an Example
With the rapid development of the economy and society,enterprises have increasingly higher requirements for talents.Cultivating students'professional core competencies in vocational colleges has become one of the important tasks of education and teaching reform.This paper uses skill competitions to cultivate students'professional core competencies in order to reconstruct the teaching content of business courses in vocational colleges.It focuses on carrying out a business activity practical training classroom that integrates"competition,learning,and doing",improving the quality of vocational business activity practical training teaching,cultivating students'professional thinking and behavior professional skills and habits can promote the comprehensive development of students'overall quality and meet the demand of commercial enterprises for high-quality applied talents.
