摘要
随着电商直播的爆发,人才培育质量和数量与市场需求存在巨大缺口.通过文本挖掘了解电商直播人才应具备的核心能力素养.高职院校电商直播人才培养存在问题包括政府政策引导细化不够、企业积极性不高、高职院校规模小等的问题未能很好满足企业人才需求.三螺旋理论主要探讨政府、企业和高校的交互合作关系;基于三螺旋理论,提出发挥政府、企业、高职院校三方的优势与作用的电商直播人才培养策略,达到培养懂技术、会策划、精运营、能直播的互联网营销复合型人才.
Abstract
With the outbreak of e-commerce live broadcasting,there is a huge gap between the quality and quantity of talent cultivation and the market demand.Through text mining,we can understand the core competence of e-commerce live broadcast talents.At present,there are some problems in the training of e-commerce live broadcast talents in higher vocational colleges,such as the insufficient government policy guidance,the low enthusiasm of enterprises,and the small scale of students trained in higher vocational colleges,etc.The triple helix theory mainly discusses the interaction and cooperation between the government,enterprises and universities.Based on the triple helix theory,this paper puts forward the strategy of cultivating e-commerce live broadcasting talents to give full play to the advantages and roles of the government,enterprises,and higher vocational colleges,so as to cultivate Internet marketing compound talents who have skills,can plan and operate well,and can live broadcast.
