摘要

新一代信息技术的迅速发展,给企业财务管理效率提升带来巨大便利,同时,使得企业对具备信息技术应用能力的财会人才的需求日益凸显.为解决应用型本科大数据与财务管理专业课程设置、人才培养与市场需求脱节的问题,文章以51job及智联招聘两个招聘网站的200 家招聘公司为数据来源,检索财务管理岗位的岗位职责和岗位技能,并进行分析,构建信息技术背景下基于财务管理岗位技能的应用型本科专业课程体系,搭建校企合作平台、构建产教融合新生态,创新大数据与财务管理专业人才培养模式,并在我院大数据与财务管理专业开始应用.

Abstract

The rapid development of a new generation of information technology has brought great convenience to the improvement of financial management efficiency of enterprises,and at the same time,the demand for accounting talents with information technology application capabilities has become increasingly prominent.In order to solve the problem of disconnection between applied undergraduate big data and financial management courses,talent training and market demand,this paper uses 200 recruitment companies on 51job and Zhaopin.com as data sources to retrieve the job responsibilities and skills of financial management positions,and analyzes them,constructs an application-oriented undergraduate professional course system based on financial management post skills under the background of information technology,builds a school-enterprise cooperation platform,builds a new ecology of industry-education integration,and innovates the training mode of big data and financial management professionals,and begins to apply it in our big data and financial management major.
