摘要
工匠精神是恪守职业道德与职业态度的生动体现,现代职业教育中,工匠精神培育是新时代人才培养的需要.工匠精神融入高职思政教育是丰富高职思政教育的内容之需,是践行社会主义核心价值观的内在要求,是推动制造强国的内生动力.工匠精神与高职思政教育有其内在的逻辑性.基于此,工匠精神融入高职思政教育可以从融进课程体系,思政课程与课程思政同频共振;融进教学体系,理论教学与实践教学同向发力;融进网络体系,线上课堂与线下课堂同力协契;融进文化体系,校园文化与家风文化同声相应;融进评价体系,系统性与层次性考核同轴共转等视角进行考量.
Abstract
Craftsman spirit is a vivid embodiment of abiding by professional ethics and attitude.In modern vocational education,the cultivation of craftsman spirit is the need of talent training in the new era.The integration of craftsman spirit into higher vocational ideological and political education is the need to enrich the content of higher vocational ideological and political education,is the internal requirement to practice the socialist core values,and is the internal driving force to make China strong.Craftsman spirit and higher vocational ideological and political education have their inherent logic.Based on this,the integration of craftsman spirit into higher vocational ideological and political education can be considered from the following perspectives:integrated into curriculum system,making the ideological and political curriculum and the curriculum ideological and political resonance;integrated into teaching system,making theoretical teaching and practical teaching work in the same direction;integrated into network system,making online classroom and offline classroom work together;integrated into cultural system,making campus culture and family culture correspond;integrated into evaluation system,making systematic assessment and hierarchical assessment be in a coaxial co-rotation mode,etc.
