摘要
作为教育部"一站式"学生社区综合管理模式建设自主试点单位,闽南科技学院以大学生党员学生社区实践中心为依托设立"一站式"学生社区党支部,坚持学生社区党建引领与学生社区服务工作相融合,学生社区党建工作与学院学生党建工作相贯通,学生社区党建工作与学校职能部门工作相协同,在学生社区党支部关系隶属、组织设置、效能发挥,特别是促进学生社区党支部建设与机关党建、学院党建及学生社区服务深度融合、双向提升等方面进行了系列探索与实践.
Abstract
As an independent pilot unit for the construction of the comprehensive management models of the"one-stop"student communities of the Ministry of Education,Minnan Science and Technology College has established a"one-stop"student community Party branch based on the student community practice center of the college student Party members,insisting on the integration of student community Party constructionguidance and the student community service work.The student community Party construction work is integrated with the college student Party construction work,and the work of the student community Party construction is coordinated with the work of the functional departments of the school.A series of explorations and practices have been carried out in the areas of the relationship affiliation,organizational structure,and the effectiveness development,especially in the areas of promoting the deep integration and two-way improvement of student community Party branch construction and the Party construction of the organ,and the college Party construction and the student community services.
