大数据背景下高职院校教师考核优化管理的策略研究

高职院校开展教师考核是一项重要的人事管理工作,对高职院校教师考核工作进行优化管理,不仅能够提升教师考核的质量,而且还能够为教师评价奠定基础,从而有方向、有针对性推动高职院校朝向"双高"发展.在大数据背景下,高职院校教师考核的优化管理工作获得了大数据技术的支持.因此,文章首先从本课题的研究背景出发;其次,将360°考评法引入到高职院校教师考核优化设计之中;最后,对大数据背景下高职院校教师考核优化管理的策略进行探讨研究,从而为高职院校开展教师考核工作提供支持.
Abstract
Carrying out teacher assessment in higher vocational colleges is an important personnel management work.Optimizing the management of teacher assessment in higher vocational colleges can not only improve the quality of teacher assessment,but also lay a foundation for teacher evaluation,thereby promoting the development of higher vocational colleges towards"double high"in a targeted manner.In the context of big data,the optimization and management of teacher assessment in higher vocational colleges has been supported by big data technology.Therefore,the paper starts from the research background of this topic;secondly,the 360° evaluation method is introduced into the optimization design of higher vocational teacher assessment;finally,strategies for optimizing the management of higher vocational teacher assessment in the context of big data are explored and studied,so as to provide support for carrying out teacher assessment work in higher vocational colleges.
