Research on Practice Teaching of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology Major in Higher Vocational Education under the Background of Great Country Craftsmen
China's transformation from"large manufacturing country"to"manufacturing power"requires craftsmen of great power.Craftsman of great power refers to the high-quality and highly skilled personnel with the spirit of craftsman.The craftsman spirit includes a scientific,rigorous,dedicated and responsible work attitude,the work concept of meticulous carving and excellence,and superb skills and techniques.In the talent training of higher vocational education,the cultivation of the"craftsman spirit"is the need of social and economic development.Taking the pharmaceutical biotechnology major as an example,and based on the cultivation of the craftsman spirit,this paper analyzes the deficiencies in practical teaching and puts forward the methods of integrating craftsman spirit into practical teaching.
