Exploration on the Training Model of"Craftsman Talents"in Modern Apprenticeship System Based on Innovative Education
"Artisan talents"are an urgent resource for the development of the country.As an important battlefield for cultivating talents for the country,vocational colleges should closely follow current events to do a good job in education and teaching,optimize talent training models in a timely manner,and ensure the output of human resources that meet the needs of society.This paper aims to explore the cultivation model of modern apprenticeship based on innovative education for"craftsman type talents",introduce the importance of"craftsman type talents"in the current social development,and analyze the difficulties of modern apprenticeship teaching model in the process of cultivating"craftsman type talents",such as the lack of innovation in teaching methods and the problem of"indoctrination teaching".It also proposes implementation strategies for optimizing the training mode,including enhancing the teaching ability and innovation awareness of teachers,working closely with enterprises,strengthening the cultivation of students'practical abilities,and establishing a comprehensive evaluation system.Through these measures,it is planned to promote the innovation of modern apprenticeship teaching models,further promote the cultivation of"craftsman talents",and have important theoretical and practical significance for vocational colleges to improve education quality and meet the demand for talents in society.
