Research on Optimizing the Cultivation Model of Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of School-enterprise Cooperation
The development of school-enterprise cooperation enhances the effectiveness and pertinence of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.The cultivation of entrepreneurial talents in higher vocational colleges cannot only leverage the advantages of practical training and educational resource application in school-enterprise cooperation positions,but also further explore the current problems of entrepreneurial talent education and training in higher vocational colleges based on the analysis of school-enterprise cooperation education support.By using three strategies:strengthening the application of responsibility management system,deepening project driven education practice,and establishing a visionary education evaluation system,we can optimize the path of entrepreneurial education,enhance the level of entrepreneurship talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges under the background of school-enterprise cooperation.
