Research on High-quality Development of Modern Industry Institute Based on the Stakeholder Theory
The high-quality development of modern industrial institute is an important carrier to cultivate compound and innovative talents through the integration of production and education.It is also an important way to promote the reform of higher education and innovate the diversified collaborative education model.This paper learns from the stakeholder theory,divides the stakeholders of modern industrial institute into core stakeholders,indirect stakeholders,potential stakeholders and marginal stakeholders,and identifies different types of stakeholders and their interest demands,combines with the realistic dilemma in the development of modern industrial institute,and puts forward the strategies of high-quality development of modern industrial institute,such as establishing modern industry institute collaboration,constructing the new construction mode,designing a diversified incentive and assessment mechanism,in order to achieve a multi-win situation for modern industrial institute.
